Jesli dotkne obudowe mojego komputera np. noga to delikatnie kopie mnie prad. To wina komputera czy raczej instalacji elektrycznej?

Tak często się dzieje, jeśli w gniazdku nie masz "0" na bolcu...
Gdyby było, to nie powinno CIe kopać...
CHyba, że elektryzujesz sie (skarpetki o dywan) - ale to wtedy Cię machnie raz, a dobrze.. niezbyt mocno
